General questions about nutritional advice
Integrative nutritional advice considers the whole picture of your animal. This means that we look not only at nutrition but also at living environment, exercise, stress, and other factors that affect health. I address problems at their root instead of only treating symptoms.
Nutrition has a huge influence on health. With problems such as allergies, digestive disorders, obesity, skin issues, joint problems, or kidney conditions, the right nutrition and natural support can help the body recover and regain balance.
I work with all food types: raw, cooked, steamed, kibble, and canned. I assess each situation individually, taking into account the owner's wishes and what is best for the dog or cat. Not every owner has time for raw feeding, and I always look for the best solution that fits your situation.
Nutritional advice is suitable for all dogs and cats, from puppies to seniors. Whether you have a healthy pet you want to support preventively or an animal with specific health problems—nutrition can always make a positive contribution.
For acute problems, illness, or diagnoses, you should go to the vet. I can only start work with a diagnosis from the vet. For nutritional advice, prevention, and support with chronic issues, you come to me. We often collaborate for the best result.
Yes, where necessary I recommend natural supplements. All supplementation is personalized, specifically tailored to your animal's needs.
I collaborate with Belle Cani Health, where I add all required supplements for your animal to a shopping basket. You can purchase this yourself and it will be shipped directly to you. This way you get everything from one supplier and only pay for shipping once.
I am a certified nutritionist for dogs and cats and am currently finishing my training as an integrative nutrition therapist at Centrum natuurgeneeskunde en voeding bij dieren. Additionally, I have done additional courses on epilepsy, (soon) longevity, and will start the specialization in gut therapy in January 2026.

Method & planning
The intake conversation lasts 45 minutes and takes place online via Google Meet. Beforehand, you fill in a comprehensive intake form. During the conversation, we go over this form and I ask additional questions to get a complete picture of your animal and wishes.
Filling in the intake form is the most important preparation. Also, make sure you have time for the conversation and write down any questions or concerns you want to discuss.
After the intake conversation, I spend 7-14 days preparing your personalized nutrition advice. You will receive comprehensive advice with all steps clearly explained, including preventive tips and any attachments.
This depends on your package. For preventive advice, there is no extensive guidance, just the possibility to ask questions about the advice. For pregnancy and lactation, you get guidance during the entire gestation and lactation period.
The programs offer guidance for 3 to 7 months: Core program 3 months, Enhanced 5 months, and Ultimate 7 months. During this period I am available via WhatsApp and we have regular follow-up conversations.
Yes, for the best results it's important to follow the advice closely. The plan is specially tailored to your animal. If you make changes yourself without consultation, this may affect its effectiveness. Always keep me informed of any changes, then we can decide together if adjustments are necessary. If there are financial or other practical difficulties in following the plan, please discuss it with me so we can find a suitable solution together.
Prices & packages
Prices range from €95 for preventive advice to €480 for the Ultimate program. You can find all current prices on the services/prices page. Various packages are available depending on your needs and your animal's situation.
All programs follow the same thorough approach, but differ in duration and number of follow-ups. The Core program (€240) offers 3 months of guidance, Enhanced (€370) offers 5 months, and Ultimate (€480) offers 7 months of guidance. The difference lies in the intensity of support that fits your situation.
For initial or mild issues such as light digestive problems, early joint issues, or preventive support, the Core program is usually sufficient. For chronic issues that require stabilization, such as obesity, allergies, skin issues, kidney conditions, or epilepsy, choose the Enhanced program. For complex or persistent health problems such as severe allergies, prolonged skin conditions, epilepsy requiring extended support, cancer support, or multiple health problems at once, the Ultimate program is most suitable due to the intensive guidance.

No, I require full payment before the advice is sent. This ensures clarity and prevents misunderstandings. If you have any questions about payment, you can always contact me.
Practical matters
I provide nutritional advice in Dutch (my native language) and English. All advice and communication can be done in both languages. I have lived in Norway since 2024 and hope to be able to offer advice in Norwegian in the future once my language skills are sufficient.
I always reply within 24 hours to your messages, usually the same day. In emergencies, you should of course contact your veterinarian.
Every animal is unique and reacts differently to dietary changes. It can happen that we need to adjust the plan. That’s why I offer ongoing guidance and follow-up sessions with every program. Together, we look at what works and what doesn’t, and I adjust the nutrition plan until we reach the right result.

Absolutely! I see nutritional advice as a valuable addition to veterinary care, not a replacement. For medical diagnoses or acute problems, I always refer to the veterinarian. Because I believe in an integrative approach, I also enjoy working with osteopaths, behavior therapists, homeopaths, and other therapists, depending on what your animal needs. Together, we provide the best care.
Yes, I work completely brand-independently. I assess what the best nutrition and supplements are for each individual animal, regardless of brand. My advice is based on what your specific pet needs, not on commercial interests.
For certain brands I support, I can offer discount codes. This only happens if that specific brand proves to be the best option for your pet - never the other way around. Getting a discount doesn't mean this is automatically my first choice.
